Sample report

What lands in your inbox every month.

A full example of our monthly report, shown here for a fictional local service business. It goes beyond headline numbers: search impression share, search terms, call tracking, Google Business Profile, GA4 and the business results that matter most. Switch months, and turn on the notes to see why each section is there. Larger organisations receive the same core report, plus board-ready summaries, multi-site and regional breakdowns, and pipeline data from their CRM.

01  /  The month at a glance
{{ k.label }}{{ k.value }}{{ k.delta }}

The five numbers we lead with every month. Cost per enquiry and booked jobs show whether the money is working; clicks and spend explain why.

02  /  Enquiries by week
{{ w.v }}
{{ w.l }}
03  /  From click to booked job
{{ f.l }}{{ f.v }}

The funnel shows where enquiries are won or lost. Quotes and booked jobs come from your side, which is why we ask for them each month.

Ad spend is billed at cost and should match the platforms’ own figures. Our fees appear separately on your invoice, never inside these numbers.

Search impression share: where the ads showed, and why they didn’t
Shown {{ rxIS.won }} Budget {{ rxIS.bud }} Rank {{ rxIS.rank }}

Shown: impressions received as a share of those available. Budget and Rank: impressions lost because the daily budget ran out, or because Ad Rank was too low.

Impression share shows how much of the available search demand you captured. Losing share to budget means more spend would buy more enquiries at similar prices; losing it to rank means ads or landing pages need work before more money will help.

The search terms report shows what people actually typed, not just the keywords bid on. Reviewing it every month and excluding irrelevant searches is one of the simplest ways to stop budget leaking.

Calls are tracked with a Google forwarding number, so each one is linked to the campaign and search that produced it. Missed calls and after-hours enquiries show where the business, not the ads, is losing work.

Profile actions and organic website enquiries aren’t paid for directly, but they show the whole picture of how customers find and contact the business. GA4 counts an engaged session when a visit lasts longer than 10 seconds, includes a key event, or views two or more pages.

10  /  Business results
{{ t.label }}{{ t.value }}{{ t.delta }}

Job values and revenue are supplied by the business each month. Return on ad spend here is revenue from booked jobs divided by ad spend, before costs.

This is the section that matters most. Clicks and enquiries only count if they turn into paid work, which is why we ask for quotes, jobs and job values every month.
