Before you compare quotes, it helps to know the going rate. These are typical Australian price ranges for marketing services and business consultancy in 2026, compiled from published industry price guides. Prices exclude GST unless you switch it on below.

Bars are drawn on a log scale within each group so small and large prices stay readable. A white marker shows a typical or median figure where the source gives one. A coloured dot shows Sepher’s starting price, converted to the same GST basis: green below the typical range, blue within it, red above it. Ranges come from agencies’ and consultancies’ published price guides, not official statistics, and real quotes vary with scope, competition and seniority.
A full-time chief financial or marketing officer costs a business several hundred thousand dollars a year once super, payroll tax and recruitment are added. Fractional and advisory arrangements give smaller businesses access to similar expertise for a fraction of that.
A quote for Google Ads management covers the agency’s work. The money for the ads themselves goes to Google on top of that. Always add the two together.
A Digital Nomads HQ review found only 48% of agencies disclose their fee model, and only 22% state a minimum ad spend. The fee plus the spend they require is your real monthly cost.
Australian agencies add 10% GST to their fees, and Google adds GST to ad spend in Australia. Ask whether a quote includes it.
Minimum terms of three months or more are common. Know how much notice you need to give before you sign.
We price within these industry ranges and show you exactly what’s included. Ad spend is billed at cost and shown line by line in your monthly report, and our cost estimator lets you build a plan and see the figures before you talk to us.
Price your services against these ranges in the estimator, or ask us for a written quote.
Ranges were compiled in October 2026 from the published guides listed. They are general information to help you compare quotes, not a quote from Sepher.
